Having researched some trades and service industries ( for example the security personnel or financial planners), I want to start a country wide industry dedicated web portal where: 1. Public is educated about the industry specific to their local markets and regulation. 2. Clients may request specific services and the companies bid for them in a transparent and fair way. 3. Larger companies find subcontractors 4. People may apply for employment or training with various companies 5. Web based tools will be provided to support operations or smaller companies who don't have it or can not afford it). I have a web application developed. Need partners to provide the trade related content and knowledge, a few connections with the industry players, and some funding
