My idea would be to create a social platform for small investors. Example of my idea There is an announcement of a garage for a very low price 10,000 dolars. Is a good investment opportunity because the prices of these garages are usually 15,000 dollars. this is where the collective purchase comes. 10 people would invest in the purchase with a capital of 1000 dolars each and we would proceed quickly in the purchase of the garage. after we would put on sale for 15,000 dollars again. when the garage was sold the profits would be shared among the group. All this would be possible with an app that pressing a button make the purchase of the garage when it reached the limit of investors. something like eToro but with properties and second hand items.
