Platform connecting chefs/cooks with the consumer

I'm interested in launching a platform for cooks/chefs to sell their homecooked food from their homes to customers in their local city/town. Chefs/ cooks would earn extra money in their spare time or they can start their own home restaurant from their own kitchen. For example, a stay at home mother could sell x amount of meals per day. The company would supply the chef with packing for food to be delivered and also support children, homeless by donation of meals for every meal bought. I'm looking for some feedback website developers.
