The aim of this idea is to investigate the current Blood Supply Chain by analyzing the current efficiency, strengths and its weaknesses of each process. The purpose is to reduce blood wastage, overall cost of processes and infrastructures, and make the blood availability higher and quicker to any patient who needs it. Solution: staff reallocation, different and shared used of the IT infrastructure. If interested, please ask me for for details.
