Solar Powered Laptops?!

Lets face it...we don't want to carry around our chargers the whole time and even so, there aren't electrical outlets every where you and your laptop go...right? So, why not have solar powered laptops? I know you might be thinking. " Well there are solar powered chargers for laptops". The point is not to carry any peripherals with you what so ever. Weather you want to be outside your home surfing the web or at the beach "catching up on some work" without having to worry about how much time you have before your laptop dies! Well, there goes my "idea" any comments positive,negative,funny, etc. will be appreciated. Thanks!

Solar panels need a lot of light. Laptop display need dark enviroment to be easily readable. So, you can be charging your laptop or using it, never both.

Only usable scenario are tablets with passive display (e-ink). But they can run on battery very long...

You have a good point there. But I'm sure if it's indeed possible to produce solar powered laptops, all of these questions/downfalls will be addressed in some way shape or form (considering today's technology). But like they say, more inventions fail than the amount of inventions that are successful.
