Release Notes for Continuous Delivery Projects

In agile software projects which use continous delivery to release their software it's sometimes hard to keep track which story or bugfix just went online. In order to keep track of all the deployments and to inform the stakeholders, there should be a dashboard web app that shows the current deployment status od each story. It should connect to different projectmanagement tools and task trackers like Jira or Pivotaltracker to automatically get the details of the requirement.

I don't know much about continous delivery but wouldn't VersionOne (http://www.versionone.com) with it's connection to Jira do this? We use these tools at work.
