Medical self diagnostic website

When I am feeling a bit sick but don't want to go to see a doctor, I would really use a website that would ask couple of questions and advise me what to do. I know this could work only for small things. The website can even tell you - go see the doctor. That's fine. It's like your mum :-) Trying to help you by herself until certain point. There might be even business for companies selling the meds without prescription.
