I never know what is a "normal" price for a logo design, small website or a simple database. Would be great to have some online system to tell me price range for a specific job.

I am a web developer myself and there really is no real price. The best thing you can do is call your competition, grab a list of 20 that you can find in your local area. Every job that you get in call your competition pretending to be the customer and give them the exact specifications that you received from your customer. Once you get a price and the timeframe from the person that you called, then go on to another company. That is what will teach you what to charge.

I don't meant it as if I was a webdesigner. I am a client who wants to skip that quoting part. It is necessary for me to estimate price of a project that doesn't exist yet and doesn't have clear expectations.
