Crowd 'walk through health' - website

A week ago wspornik.pl website has been initiated (awaiting for reviews from potential users now). Purpose: collecting information about people with health problems (cancer) and 'what's next to do' data.
Needs 24/7 watch and improvements - I can't provide it only by myself.
And, why not to spread it around in other languages?

wspornik = support
There are already strong websites which are created to help people directly. I want my website to be a joint (a support) only between people and other appropriate professional websites and organisations. Unfortunately, I don't think people are connecting/communicating efficiently between each other (only once in a while maybe), so something else should do it for them - that's why this website appeared.
What kind of name could be better?

I don't think I should remind people about their health problems and be intrusive, so I only left couple of links somewhere and now I am waiting only for their response - that's why there's no action/movement so far.
