Coffee "pill" to dissolve for one person

A pill of instant coffee that you drop into a cup of hot water and stir and the pill is soft enough to dissolve quickly into a coffee beverage, rather than be a grinds on the bottom of the mug. Just a brown coffee pill that is about the size of an Aspirin, but it is instant coffee.

My guess is you could look to the Easter Egg coloring industry, or the people who make alka seltzer. They routinely make tablets that will dissolve quickly in water. You could probably extend your idea using alka seltzer to make instant carbonated sodas as well.
